Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy – Eshani Fashions

Thank you for shopping with Eshani Fashions! We strive to provide a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Returns & Exchanges

• Size Selection: To minimize the need for exchanges, please refer to our size chart before making a purchase.
• Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with a video and photo of the unboxing process for verification. We will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are allowed only for size-related issues and must be requested within 2 days of delivery.
• A Rs. 150/- shipping fee applies for all exchanges.

Cancellation Policy

• COD Orders: Cash on Delivery (COD) orders can be canceled before dispatch by logging into your account, navigating to the Orders section, and selecting "Cancel Order Request."
• Prepaid Orders: Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order.
• For prepaid orders, refunds are available in the form of a credit note or direct refund of the same amount.
